Speedometer stopped working
First time in a year I've actually been able to drive the car out of my front yard. Anyway, I get going and the speedometer needle is fine and then it just falls and stops working. I've chcked the cable and it's still connected to the transmission...any ideas? Both drive gears on the tailshaft were quite snug so I'm pretty sure it's not them...

maybe the cable itself snapped in half somewhere? If it was sitting along time, especially outside, moisture build up from dew can accumalate anywhere. It can rust stiff on the inside without you realizing it. That's why you should never leave a car sitting out in a yard for a long peroid of time, especially a uni body.
