Cool Which Sounds better?

Lets say you own a 1991 Chevy Camaro RS with a v6 3.1 engine and it has about 173k miles on it and you have tne opertunity to have a 1991 Chevy camaro rs with...........

blueprinted 420 horsepower motor. This 355 Cubic Inch motor has

10:1 Compression

Energizer hydraulic cam shaft

Scorpion roller rockers

$1000 Edelbrock Performance RPM Aluminum Heads

Airgap manifold

Headman Headers

Holley 670 Street Avenger Carb.

MSD Billet Distributor

Blaster II Coil

MSD 6AL Ignition Module

MSD Spark Plug Wires

120 Amp Chrome Alternator

Chrome engine brackets, etc.

K&N Oval filer

Electric Fan Setup

Motor has less than 50 miles on it, never raced yet, its barely broken in!

The engine is complemented by a Turbo 350 transmission with a TCI High Stall Torque converter..

I don't even think that i have to ask but what should i do, go with the new or keep the old and go from there with a new engine, i'm almost thinking that the new one would be more worth it, everything on the new one has been reenforced or rebbuilt from head to toe. could be a awesome show or collector car!
But on the other hand my car is also in mint condition aside from the mileage so if i go with the new i will be selling my other car.

Talking

i did kinda the same thing except i took my 3.1 with 242,000 miles out and dropped a 383 with pretty much everything you listed on it.(i wish i could have just dropped it in)anyways.........it went from high 17's to high 11's. pulling a best 60' of 1.67. stock rear with auburn posi. and 3.73. replaced the gears because of some broken teeth about a month ago. just dont have the money for a rear end since i am going to school. i know what my choice would definitely be.
