Is there really a difference between a set of Richmond gears or a cheaper set made by Motive or Summit. Is it worth paying the extra $100 for the Richmond gears?? I have the stock rear in my car, so i would order gears for a 7.5" 10 bolt, correct?

 

For a stock application the Motive Gears would suit your purpose.
The Richmond Gears are cut a little different and tend to be noisy, more for racing.
