Angry Some People*Some advice needed*

Well things cant get any worse for me I parked my car last night by a friends house where his driveway is. So today I get in my car as i started to sit I noticed a chip of paint which look like it was from my car on the ground, but i didnt pay no mind to it. Well I should have cause when I parked at the store and walked to the front I saw that someone had backed into me. On the drivers side where the headlight is the paint is crinkled and the bumper is chipped to hell. Apaantly when I got to my friends house he had told me that on his way to school he seen the person who backed into my car he said he made my car move so it defiently was this person. I plan on waiting outside tomorrow morning since this place is a daycare and grab his *** he can deny all he wants I got my witness.

I should defiently make this tool pay for a whole new bumper and paint I defiently dont want this crap patched up and painted over. So how should I go about it ?

first off, keep in mind that getting angry will only make to situation worse. calmy approach the person and inform him that you have a witness, call the police to make an investigation on your camaro and his vehicle, and make sure you tell to cop that you do have a witness, as that will mean quite a bit in the process of a report. next, get the persons insurance information and make a claim against his insurance for all damage to your car including body and paint (your insurance company will be able to assist you in the claim process). after that, find the best body shop in town, and have your car repaired with the money from his insurance. good luck
