Smoke when started

I would imagine that it would do some damage to the cat, every time you start the car up you are burning just a little oil and it will probably build up inside the cat after a while.

I heave heard of using stuffing string inside the cylinder to hold it up but I had access to air when I did mine so that was a better route for me.
