SLP Headers with A.I.R

I just got in some new SLP headers for my 87 IROC and I'm having a hard time trying to figure out how to take out the old exhaust manifolds, which are equiped with A.I.R.. Anyone have any ideas? If so please reply with what kind of tools I should use.
