Angry sagging doors and slow windows

ok i know these 2 problems are common in our cars so im pretty sure someone knows some helpful hints to fix these problems. do the doors require new hinges or is it possible to fabircate the old ones to fix this problem. my passenger side door is really starting to sag pretty bad. as for the window, would i have to get a new motor or would it be possible to take the motor out and clean the brushes inside. any help would be great, thanks!
