First off, punctuation is needed badly in that run-on sentence.

So currently you are running a 245/??/16 tire on a 16" rim right?

And your "burnout" tire is going to be a 215/??/15?

So you want to know if putting the "burnout" tires on will affect your speedo?

What is the aspect ratio of the 15" tire. It is the center number in the series of three. 215/??/15. You have to figure out the difference of your overall diameters and then do a little math.

This calculator is really handy at figuring that kinda stuff out.
