Post Replacing PCV and hoses...

I'm getting a small oil leak from the PCV valve and/or the hoses connected to it, and looking to replace them when I replace the valve covers and gaskets. Is this anything particularly difficult or it all just pops off and on easily?

The PCV pushes into the rubber grommet in the valve cover. The vacuum hose attached to it also pushes onto it. They are both easily replaced. Probably a good time to replace it.

My PCV valve has two hoses connected to it through a splitter. One goes to the intake manifold, and the other goes to some component that says Control Vac on it. Anyone have information about this? Any help at all would be great... especially if I can find some diagrams on where all these tubes are going. Thanks!
