Post Rear hatch problems.

Yeah, hi. I've got a few things wrong with my rear hatch. So here it is.

A) the hatch does not set even, on one side the spoiler doesnt even come close to matching up, I know it cant be perfect but it's like an inch or two off, and on the other side, it's not so bad, but it's about a half inch off.
B) The little motor thingy doesnt work right. When I close the hatch the motor continuesly makes the noise like it's trying to move but doesnt go anywhere, and it will do that until you open the trunk, so I just unpluged it.

This is really annoying. Tell me what konw.

Solution for problem b: Go to your local gm parts dept. Pick up the gear that goes in the casing(attached to rear motor). Replace bad gear and reinstall...DONE!!!! I had the same problem and this fixed it right up....Over time the teeth on the gear strip out.....I think it is a total of 30 dollars for gear and new casing(just for $hit$ and giggles)
