Reading DTC codes
Reading DTC codes
Which pins do I ground in order to blink the DTC's on the "Service engine soon" light? I'm actually looking to do this on a '89 corsica, but I imagine the pins would be the same as a Camaro. It is the 2.8L engine. And fear not, it is not yellow and there are no type-R stickers on this car. It is my winter beater now that the Z28 is in the garage. Thanks

Since it is a corsica, some of the codes may be different, but alot are the same.
Also, since this is an '89 2.8, if there is a MAF code, Don't replace the MAF Sensor! There is a retrofit for these cars, from GM, to convert these to Speed Density. If you have a MAF code, email me and I'll help you out. The change is way cheaper than replaceing the MAF anyhow.
