questions about sfc and relocation brackets
Would it be alright if I did sfc before i did shocks and springs? What if I lower or rase the car after i put them on anything i should think about before doing it?
Im thinking about ordering eather spohn tubular sfc with the black power coating or kennybrowns boxes uncoated ones. What do you think would be better?
About the relocation brackets are they worth the 65 bucks? Will they hurt cornering in any way? I was just going to go with spohn relocation brackets with the sfc since they all look the same.

I would get the spohns, but don't get the powder coated versions. get just the rough steel versions.. Don't just tack weld or spot weld up. weld the whole length of the SFC.. That is why you wouldn't want to waste the time on paint.. Grind the paint off the car the whole length and weld the whole length. The Spohn ones fit really well I have them and I was very happy. I got the one cat version. I'm not putting a cat on anyway but to each their own.

They're both worthwhile upgrades in my opinion. I've seem SFC's drop 60-foot times with no other changes (most recently on my brother's 87 GTA- 1.94 on Pep Boys radials) and I've seen on one of my old T/As LCA relacation brackets drop 60-foot times by a full tenth on street tires.
On a lowered car the LCA relacation brackets are a no-brainer. Even on a standard ride height car they help quite a bit (that was the case with my car). If you can get traction for the first coupla feet and then the tires just blow off the LCA brackets will help quite a bit- that was my experience.
The combination of the two plus some DRs I think would be easy high 1.7-low 1.8 territory.
