questions about my 700r4

so my camaro is set for the rear rebuild this upcoming wensday.well i had a run in with my tv cable and trying to adjust it etc etc lets just say i had to drive/adjust drive/adjust the way they say how to adjust it just wouldnt work on my car who knows why so i got it adjusted deciently. check this out. at like a light cruise ill shift gears smoothly around 2500rpm. when i beat on it i usually shift at like first to second around 3500rpm possibly 4000rpm. and i havent had enough road to get her to 4th so far. usually doing about 80mph in third while beating on her. then i have to let off so i can slow down and make the turn. but do these shift points look normal or am i still a little mis adjusted my car info is below. thanks

When my car was out of adjustment, it would jump some RPMS before it would shift..or wait a REALLY long time (4000RPMS) to shift even when cruising. Now she shifts between 2500-3500 and when i romp on it, about the same as you...it will shift into 3rd around 75-80mph.
