question about Ram jets
Re: question about Ram jets
Thanks thats the problem on this end I want my car to look stock on the out side until you open up the hood. If I have to go with a non stock hood then I will keep the HSR & just try to rebuild my engine or get a ZZ4 & transfer the HSR on to it.
Re: question about Ram jets
From what I've heard, you must cut out some of the hood's cross-bracing to get the ram jet fuel injection unit to fit nicely when the hood is closed.
GM shows a yellow RamJet 3rd gen Camaro at different meets and they have the stock hood on it, so it can be done.

Well I dont need to worry about it any more just found out today my stock block is good so we are going to get the bottom end redone & have it bore .010 over & cleaned & then finish it up.
