Problem number 4,261

Ok now i cant get my driveshaft out. I unbolted it from my rear and it wont budge at all. Your supposed to push it into ur transmission correct? and itll go in just far enough to remove the driveshaft.. thats how it was on my freinds 97 SS, cept his was a manuel. But i figure its no different...?

you try a prybar betwen the driveshaft and u joint and gently pry it? i had to removed my driveshaft and it would not budge so i did it that way and it slide right out

Yep...the joint tends to stick in the yoke. Pry between the yoke and the cross-piece of the U-joint and it'll pop free.

Haha got it. I got it before i read this, but yea thats what i did, except I used a big *** screw driver lol, came right out..thanks guys
