On the 90' Formula, the headlight appears to be sticking. When the lights are turned on, one goes up fine but the other goes up only halfway. If I turn them on and off a few times, it comes up. Does the light mechanism need to be lubed or is this the start of the motor going bad? Thanks.

 

Never lubed mine before. Sounds like the start of a need for a new motor. That is, unless you have tried the obvious. Greasing the joints. What you need is someone to turn it on while you listen to the motor with a stethoscope. If you don't hear a smooth running motor, time to get a new one.
