Pan hard

I just put in a new adjustable panhard rod into my 87 however the rear axle wouldnt budge a bit. It is slightly not centered and thats what i was trying to do. Any tips on gettings it in the center.

A little confussed by what you mean by "wouldnt' budge".
Make sure you don't have any weight on the torque tube, LCA's, or differential.
