"VATS"
Does anyone now where the "VATS" control box is located in a 89 iroc-z.... I have to change steering columns with one out of a donor car... Instead of changing the ing. switch to make in work with my car, I was going to change the VATS control box...

I just finished changing the VATS box on my 91 and it was a pain in the a**! It’s on the passenger side on the firewall under the dash by the heater core. It’s very hard to get to, I found that if you unbolt the entire dash and steering column the dash assembly will slide foward and you can reach back there and unbolt it easily.
