hey, you guys using a 1 peice gasket...when you put it on did you use anything with it or just put it on dry? the motor is on an engine stand and I just put a little RTV on the ends of the timing cover.....I just want to make sure this thing doesnt leak once I get it in the car....so should I take it off and put any RTV anywhere else on the gasket?

 

I put RTV at the corners of the front cover, and at the rear ro rhe rear seal housing(1 prm) / rear cap(2 prms)

 

I have a 2 PRM....are the 1 piece oil pan gaskets **** to leak?...in those places?..should I also put RTV on each bolt? or does that not matter?

 

I used RTV all around and I have not had one leaking problem whatsoever. No need to put rtv on the bolts though.
