No Vacum

I need a little help. I have a 87 camaro w/305TPI and don't have any vacum to the EGR valve. Does anyone out there know why? the lines are clear. No mods have been done to the car.

IIRC, there isnt full time vacuum to the EGR, there is also a EGR solenoid located back near the distrubutor.
