I just bought a 1989 camaro rs with a 350 motor carburated, But he didnt hook up the starter wires to the ignition the car starts by putting two wires together, he said he couldnt get it too work with the stock ignition, also he didnt hook up the window wipers same thing he said he couldnt get it to work. How can i hook these two things up to make them work. thanks,
