My "new" third gen..
My "new" third gen..
Hey everyone. Well i'll finally be upgrading from my v6, though it looks like I've down graded with all the work this thing needs, but i love the thing and i couldnt pass it up. The car is a 1992 Z28 350 TPI with alot of mods, but the motor is ready to go, so I'll be rebuilding it. It has headers, p and p heads and upper and lower intake, 3.73 gears, underdrive pulleys, accel ignition, a cam, throttle body, catback exhaust, plugs, 8mm wires, new posi differential, hypertech programming and a valve job(i think thats all of it). It ran a 13.8 with the engine ready to throw a rod and horrible header leak. Along with a rebuild, the rear needs a new ring and pinion set(it wasn't shimmed right) and it needs poly tranny mounts b/c the torque keeps tearing the 1's the original owner keeps putting on(hes got a lifetime warrenty on them, so he just keeps replacing them with "stock" ones.)

Re: My "new" third gen..
I bought it for 1500$. It runs right now, but a rods ready to go and the engine is just plain about to to crap out. But its the L98 and i've got the money to fix it up so Ill keep everyone updated...
By the way, it says "Batmobile" on the back too lol
...i think ill keep it too, doesnt look half bad. However i might get rid of the plate in the front, since i live in florida, u dont need front places and id rather have a nice grill instead.
