Had a similar one on my 305 (before the cat) back in the day when the car was mostly stock. It sounded VERY mean with it open, but it didn't seal very well when closed and sounded like a bad exhaust leak.

That one's also WAY overpriced....I paid like $25-30 when I got mine.
