Mass Air Flow

Anyone know where I can get a high performance Mass Air Flow Sensor for my 87 IROC 350 tpi?

To my knowledge, nobody makes a high performance one for our cars.

There has been some talk on the interenet for a MAF made by Wells, which is a "normal" manufacturer of sensors and such. I think that might have a higher flow than stock. Search on here and thirdgen.org for more info. It should come with a lifetime warranty. I know we can order them from the Checker Auto Parts store I work at.

TPIS makes one. It sells for $445 on their website. You can also simply have your MAF modified for $45. It flows 750CFM compared to the stock 529CFM. I'd never do business with TPIS but that's not my call to make...

Where would I get it modified at? Would I just tell them whenever i have it ordered from them?

I'd try calling them and telling them what you want done. I imagine they'd give you an address to send it to.
