lt1 manifold vrs l98
The LT1 intake manifold is far superior to the L98s TPI. The only problem is that its not a direct bolton - it requires quite a bit of modification to fit. See www.LT1intake.com for more info.
If you're talking about the exhaust manifolds, forget about it. As is the case with all cars, exhaust is chassis specific. The manifolds will bolt up to the heads, but you'll never be able to fabricate a y-pipe to make them work due to the different routing of the exhaust between the 2 cars.

Of you like torque go with tpi. more rpm range and power up top go with the lt1.
I wouldn't go with either one personally. They both are at complete opposite ends of the spectrum. one has long runners for good torque production but a small plenum and restrictive base and the other has more plenum but 3" runners not ideal for torque. The best in between in the super ram. The best highend for the l98 is the stealth ram. In an article I read the mini ram (with is better than an lt1) made the same power up top as a stealth ram but the stealth ram had a much fatter torque curve and made a lot more power due to more plenum room and longer runners. Porting a stealth ram wouth produce even bigger gains and porting a stealth ram is arguable easier than an lt1 manifold.
