Is their BA problem in general or what? I talked to them and they seemed to be OK. Not good, not bad but OK.

they seemed to have the attudute of there **** doesn't stink and really couldn't care less with what i was asking. i asked him what was the best exhaust for my car. he response was for me to just save up alot of cash and give them a call. because i should swap in a 350 or a 383. w/ there cam and afr heads along with miniram. which i didn't want to spend that much. now i am looking at 383's or a 350 but i'm not sure yet.

there attudie just plain sucked from the minuted teh answered the phone

their new adjustable tubular torque arm broke on me and while i was upset it isn't the end of the world. i posted it because there were a handful in my area that snapped under normal everyday use and wanted others to be aware. now they are retooling the setup to make them better so they should be ok. we'll see......everyone makes mistakes, will see how edelbrock takes care of theirs.

well there were 9 of us that ordered them in a shipment through a local performance dealer. 4 broke that were used, was it a bad batch? possibly however when it was returned they were to quick to inform me that they were retooling the product.

as far as how mine broke. i took it off the lift and drove it out of the garage. our roads in michigan aren't the greatest but when i hit a slight bump that caused some suspension travel it snapped like a twig.

anyhow i sent it back little over 3 weeks ago and we'll see what they do about it.

yeah i remeber you saying something about driving it off something(wasn't sure if it was a lift.trailer dyno etc...)

i have a spohn one in my car and it seems to be holding up fine. BTW how much did you pay for the edelbrock one if you don't mind me asking.

$100 and some change....which is why i bought it. tubular pieces aren't that expensive unless it's chromoly which it wasn't. it's just mild steel and it was adjustable which was handsdown cheaper then the rest but as we've seen probably for a reason now huh?
