I swear Im going to rip the door off this car. When the window is halfway down, it RATTLES LIKE A MF.

The rattling is coming from the roller hitting the inside of the guide rails.

Every bolt is tight.

I dont know.

Maybe the rail is bent in the middle.

Santa needs to bring me manual windows for Christmas.

Can't tell by looking but my guess is that the roller is worn or broken. Also the guide should be well greased.

 

it looks like the little plastic piece that goes into the runner is missing. check the bottom of the door and see if maybe it broke up and fell down.

 

Is this runner just a small part of one big piece, or can it be changed by itself?

 

Trying to figure out where to get these parts... Automotive parts stores only have the window motors themselves.
