k-member
just wondering if anyone knows antthing about the -member and tubular a-arms sound great but i wanta know if they are good or bad i mean like does handling or ride quality suffer if you use these any pics would be great
From what I've read by people that own them, they are great for a drag car because of the weight they save, but they aren't strong enough to handle daily driving or especially autocross type activities.
i don't think i would autocross with them but it's mainly of an "over time" situation......plenty of people i know that do the "weekend" thing with them with no problems. if your racing for money you should go with a more suited application.
this subject is something that has been gone over many times across the net. there are so many rumors speculated about it that it's almost not funny any more.
i run mine on the street along with many other people that i know personally as well as across the country with no problems. i have yet to hear of any problems or experience them myself. like with anything, if you abuse it or misuse it your bound to have problems.
good luck.

Hey man, nice ride. I need a favor. Can you take some pics of the kmember? Especially the area around the steering gear. I plan on ordering my kmember shortly to convert to rack and pinion. All for the installation of a supercharger. If it is obvious it still won't fit, I am not sure I will by the kmember.
If you can, I would appreciate it. Thanks, Mike
