Job Done New tranny installed!

New Tranny and overhaul of everything on the car! IM SPent, i have a wallet full of receipts and 4 shirts with oil and trans fluid all over em, and the wife is ready to KIll me! But shoot, i loved every min of it !! And i dont think there is one thing on that car that will go wrong for a very long time "SMashing some wood" but if it does i now know that car like the back of my hand and So does my bro, who did damn near everything there was to do... Now its off to start on his project 5.0 T-bird ......

sounds good man.

ive had the motor out of my car 3 times,trans out twice,and just swapped rears not to long ago...everything seems like cake to me now.

motor can come out in 1 night,trans and rear can come out in less than 3 hours.

Bad news I just got home and she has bled Trans fluid all over pop's drive
And damnit its 2 freaking low for me 2 tell whats leaking now/ i sh*t u not, this is the 4th time 4 leaks from lines or trans pan gasket. O well, back to the shop it goes.........Wish i had more than 2 good runs with her before i got problems again, but after all ive owned 4 of em, I know the prog.....

Well turns out it was my own fault and i went OverkiLL on my tranny lines after installing a cooler and one was leaking from being 2 tight.......
And there i was, complaining about the ol Gal when all in all it was my fault!

O welll, hope she's forgiving cause she hits the track Thursday night!! WHoooo Hoooo........
