iroc help
hey i just recently got a 1988 iroc, it doesnt run but the guy who sold it to us said all it needed was a wiring harness. he gave us a painless wiring harness with the car but when we looked under the hood there was wires hanging out of every which way. we looked at the painless harness and couldnt tell what went where so i was wondering if anyone knew if there was a website where i can order a stock wiring harness and some wiring diagrams for the car.
Re: iroc help
I dont know of anything online, but you should pick yourself up a Haynes Repair Manual. There's a chapter dedicated to wiring diagrams. In my opinion, this book is an invaluable investment in all aspects of the car, so there's no doubt that you will use it later down the line if something else should go wrong.

A Haynes manual is alright for some information, but alot of their data is inaccurate or uncertain. Chilton's is slightly better, but the best thing to get is the real deal.....which is sold under the Helms label. It'll cost you $100 or so, but it's WELL worth it, and infinitely superior to any other manual out there.
You can usually find decent harnesses on eBay.
