if your going to go the vortec head route, i have some new vortec heads that i was going to do a 400+ hp build on my 87 camaro, but i came upon the 97 i have now n scratched the buildup idea. I have vortec heads, performer rpm air gap manifold, 1.6 roller rockers, and valve covers. If your interested drop me a line. I also have a tci streetfighter 700r4.

 

IMO... do a miniramed 383 forged internals... AFR 195 heads... a xe236/242 cam... LT headers... rebuild the tranny... and if left over do the rear end... just my $.02 though...
