How do I remove my door handles?

You'll need to remove the door panels, plastic sheeting, and weatherstripping so you can look through the end of the door at the nuts that hold it on.
Once you can see that, move the window so you can access the clip that attaches the actuator rod to the handle. It can be a PITA but study it and you'll see how it comes off. Then just use an 11mm wrench to take off the "sheetmetal" nuts.
