How Can I Display My RPO Codes

How Can I Display My RPO Codes

With like a wire or something for an 89 TBI auto car. Do i put it from like pin 6 to 12 and turn the key on but not the car...??

rofl your rpo codes is a sticker inside your center console saying what options your car came with...i think you mean your check engine codes.

If you're talking about your SES codes, then you need to get a scanner. You can rent one from Autozone or something.

There will be an ALDL (assembly line diagnostic link) under the dash by the fuse box, just connect pin A ro pin B with key on engine off. It will flash a code 12 three times (one flash delay, two flash delay, one flash delay, two flash delay, one flash delay, two flash delay) then it will flash any other two digit codes that are stored followed by another code 12.

just so you know by connect them he means put a paper clip or some other piece of metal between the two. just for clarification
