no radio at all its all disconnected battery was brand new last august.

 

If you are getting 13.8v at the battery then your alttenator is fine and if you are only putting out 7v at idle then you may want to go to a deep cycle battery as suggested. Repeated draining and chargeing a battery will kill it very fast. This is why boats use deep cycle batteries because they are running accessories and lights when not running.

 

maybe ill invest in that, when i had the battery recharged it testesd it and said it was fine

Won`t that pull down motor keep running when it goes bad...I`ve had a fair share of gm`s kill the battery because of those trunk luxuries Maybe it kept running and you didn`t notice it and now it`s not acting up?

 

that coulda been possible sometimes it closes sometime it dosent some times it take 5 yrs to close, im gonna bid on one very shortly
