car was a weekend driver, but im gonna put it on the road for daily use. i changed out the tpi to carbed, and wired most of the new engine combo myself. only the factory ECU harness was removed. nothing else.

here is my problem. all my wires and wipers are hooked up, but dont work. there is a RED and a BLUE wire that arent connected to anything. please help.

car is a 88 iroc-z28, with optional speed wiper motor.
