OK..here is what we got...we have a 91 Firebird with the 3.1L in it and we found a 85 Trans Am parts car that ran that had a 305 Tuned Port in it..we have already pulled the the 3.1 out, changed the motor mounts over and dropped the 305 in..of course..the problem we are facing is the wiring...we have changed the computer and wiring harness...but there is another wiring harness over by the mastercylinder ,this is where we are having the problem...we pulled the one from the 85 and did some comparisons with the 91 and there is quite some difference...of course..we can just plug it in but not all the connections are even intact....

has anybody here even done one of these engine swaps..and if so...what all needs to be done???...is there another type wiring kit that can be bought for this?...i'm not sure if one of those Painless Wiring kits would work....any help is appreciated...thanks
