Exclamation Help! Code 32 & tranny shifting too high of RPM's

Ive tried everything! Lets see just replaced the CAT, Oxygen sensor, Intake was done, also cleaned out EGR passage and got a Major tuneup. I replaced the Temp sensor and got the fans working properly. The code always throws usually in the morning when its cold. I have another problem! My Tranny is shifting way to high. I justed replaced the passing cable and have tried to adjust it several times but have failed. Please help if you can. Thanks!

When my tranny did that, it was on the way out. Drop the pan and see if you see any filings in it.

Code 32 is EGR and is unessential. I had my chip burner people delete that code. What temp sensor did you change? The engine one or the fan one? It could be that the EGR itself is bad or sticking.
