heading to englishtown for fbody meet
well my best time was 15.6 considering i have an auto 305 with a duffle bag full of cleaning supplies, my spare tire, socket set, 12 pack of soda. and my leather jacket in the hatch. my 60ft was 2.3 and my 0-60 was 6.6 seconds i saw a 4th gen run a 15.4 so i feel very good about my progress with just a catback and pulleys

) jkI would have gone man, I had off today I forgot all about it
Wish I could have been there. My wife and I were planning to come up in her recently acquired, all stock 92 305 RS Camaro to get some baseline runs in. Unfortunately, she ended up having to work and I didn't feel like driving all the way to E-town just to lay down a few snoozer 16 second runs.
Did you get many runs in? Was it crowded?
I think that event was sponsored by SLP, wasn't it?

there's always events going on, just have to keep up to date on it
this thread most likely belongs in the regional forum but there seems to be enough people interested here, if anyone wants to meet up and talk/race cars pm me

slp does this event annually. you just dont get a few snoozer runs you get a 1000 car camaro/firebird car show. 3 time trials plus the eliminations round. you get a burn out contest. and a free slp hat and t shirt and 20 dollar gift certificate. i got to run 3 time trials and 1 round in eliminations before i was eliminated by a 4th gen trans am . next season theyll have another one im always up top date on those i had planned for this show this past april.
