Headers or Cats
Instead of headers , I'm thinking about getting 2 Free Flowing Cats & a Cat Back System for my '92 Z-28 . How much HP can I gain from this set up and will it f*ck with the computer ?

I'd go for the headers first then maybe the cats. It won't mess up the ECM. However, you will not get the most out of the headers unless the ECM is recalibrated and optimized.
