gas life

i bought an 83 z28 at the beginning of the summer with intents to fix it up and put it on the road at the end for college commute.
anyway when i bought it it only had about a gallon or 2. i start it up and take it around my col de sac on my street about once a week. i did that for about 2 months now.

questions:

is what im doing ok or am i really going to get a lot of carbon buildup

should i add a fuel system carburator cleaner to it when i get my first full tank and put it on the road

i put in about 6 gallons with a hand jug how long until it goes bad? should i add "stabilizer" to it becasue it will be sitting for another month or 2

Plastic

But you don't want too much moisture/condesation in the gas tank. Water + Gas =

I would just add some fuel stabilizer and fuel system cleaner, you'll be good.

I would fill it up to.There is less room in there for moisture to build up.Gas takes along time to go bad,so in your case don't worry just fill it up.
