over past couple of weeks car has not been starting after i shut it down on hot days. installed a new AC delco fuel pump from NAPA a couple of years back. when hot, the starter will turn over, but the fuel pump does not "buzz" or prime up. after it cools down its fine. replaced oil sending unit recently,also. after it cools down it will crank and run, but only has 18-20 psi FP. once started it goes to 35.... help!!!
