Post Fuel Pulsator...........

I just put in a bigger fuel pump, and was curious if I should replace the pulsator while I am in there-do these things go out? What exactly do they do? Any info is appreciated......

Most people just don't reinstall the pulsator and use straight hose clamped in its place. If I remember all the pulsator does is quiet the pulsations from the pump...or something like that. When I installed my Walbro pump I didn't install the pulsator and its been fine running like that.

So all the pulsator does is act as a sound deadener?
