Fuel pressure

I'm in the process of rebuilding and upgrading a 92 z-28. I'm going back in with an adjustable fuel regulator. Can anybody tell me what the normal pressure would have been with the stock reg. I need some guidelines to go by to set the adjustable reg. I was unable to take a reading before because the engine was not in running condition.

Stock fuel pressure is 36 PSI when you turn the key on and 41/43
PSI running at idle.
