Failed Smog, Please help.

305 tpi. High miles
Here's the readings.

HC (ppm)
max 110 meas. 160

no (ppm)
max 772 meas. 938

What do you guys think?
I should also say that I did not drive it on the weekend and took it in this morning for smog after driving it a short time. Is it possible I didn't heat the cat up enough?

Thanks for the help

it is possible that you didn't heat it up enough. however I'm not sure if it would make that huge of a difference. I would check everything from the intake system to the fuel system to the sensors if you're getting high readings in everything. If it was one or the other I could narrow it down for you but it's not.

I need to point out that all of my other readings were within limits. These readings that failed are at 15mph.

Have you done a full tune up yet? Cap, rotor, wires, plugs, o2? Are there any SES lights?
