Angry Failed inspection! Please help....

Well I failed inspection today for 2 reason, loose steering wheel and 3rd brake light not working. I have 2 questions:

1. I have heard that you can get the bulbs for the brake light at radio shack and they are cheaper than at an auto parts store. Does anyone know the part number for the bulbs?
2. I need directions on how to tighten up my steering wheel.

Thanx

Re: Failed inspection! Please help....

P/N for third brake light bulb is:
272-1177 12V 20 watt halogen 2 pin base @ RADIOSHACK for $1.99.

Also don't ask for a third brake light bulb, this is not a auto parts store.
Another note: DO NOT TOUCH THE BULBS WITH YOUR BARE FINGERS.

You don't say what is loose on the steering wheel??????

Re: Failed inspection! Please help....

The whole wheel and column moves up if you push up on the bottom of it.

Thanks for the website with the info. I am gonna try and do it with my gf's dad. He has done something like it before so hopefully it will work out. Its like $250 for a shop to do it labor wise.
