Well I went down to talk to the guys today who are going to rebuild the bottom end of my engine & the price isnt to bad only $1500. to do everything including boring it .010 over
so the engine is going in the next couple weeks.

There's no sense in boring a block more than you have to. It just means you won't be able to rebuild it in the future. The extra 5 cubic inches you get from a .030" overbore will not increase your power output, only make the cylinder walls thinner.
If you only have to punch it out .010" to get the holes straight, that's awesome.

yea that is true...this is a little off subject, but we just pulled my buddy's motor, and we found out it was bored to .060 over..what does that make it? a 358 or what?
