Dual electric fans-wiring and turn on.

Hey, my engine fan just shot a screw through my radiator, so while i'm in the process of putting a new radiator in, I thought I might as well convert over to dual electric fans.

I have a basic idea of how to wire them up, but to get them to turn on at a certain temp, can I just use the coolant temp sender and splice into that? I have the relay and everything.

Also, how easy is it to fab the brackets? or would I just be better off pulling some from the junk yard.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks

yea,i think u could just splice into the CTS. i would go ahead and get the brackets from a junkyard...it would look better (and be correct) than some rigged ones would IMO.

Yeah, i stopped at the junk yard yesterday and picked up a set of dual fans with the brackets and tie straps for $15.
