Drum Brake to Disc Brake Rear Q's

Im getting a good deal on a disc brake rear from my buddys 86 T/A that he wrecked. If mine is a drum brake rear is there anything elese i would need to change, or will it be a direct swap?

The housing itself is a direct bolt in. The park brake cables might be different. You should also grab the proportioning (combination) valve. Grabbing the master cylinder wouldn't hurt either.

Check the rotors to make sure it is within spec and change the pads.
