so my car has another draw, out of no where again,but what is strange is ever since the draw, she idels high now, like at 2000rpm, if i shut it off and restart it it goes back to normal, any ideas, already replaced the iac a yr ago, so im kinda stumped here, i think my new alternator is bad, when i first start it my volts guage bobbles between 12 volts and 14 volts, even with the pulleys never did that before,

 

Could be you T.P.S. I had a very simaler problem on my Grand Am. Hope you figure it out.
