My 245/50 16s rub if I cut the wheel to sharp! WTF! That's what it came with. I'm staying with those up front and 255 in back.

My 245/50-16's don't rub at all. Maybe your springs are sagging.

Then again I don't have the IROC wheels.....I have the 91-92 RS/Z28 wheels.....might be a slightly different offset or something.

Anyway I hear a lot of guys say 255 is too wide on the front, I'd stay 235-245 out front and 255-265 in the back. There's no problem with running different sizes front and rear since you can't rotate front to back due to the different offsets.

Bad news. I hit a curb years ago. Since then, my right wheel has scrubbed when I turn a hard right even when alignment was perfect. A couple years ago I checked the frame for trueness. Guess what? A new cradle and straightening and no more scrubbing. Not even when I do a hard right. That is with brand new tires. 245 50 ZR16 Goodyear GSC
